Installation

This section is available only if you have installed the supplement called Service Management.

Service Order Installation

Here you can select a service order number. You can use the PopUp Service order feature.

Installed by

Here you can enter the name of the person and/or company that installed the product. This is usually used for products installed at the customer by a specialist or professional.

Purchase Order Installation

In cases when the installation has been made by a subcontractor, you can link a purchase order to the serial number.

Installation Date

Here you can enter an installation date. This field can be used for warranty purposes, for example. The installation date can be the date that the product was assembled or installed at the customer and put into operation, or the date entered on a warranty card or certificate that was returned to the buyer.

Code

Here you can enter a code that the installer entered for the installation, for example. This code can also be the name of the person at the installer (if it is a company), that performed the actual installation or hookup.
