Alternative PopUp

There is an alternative PopUp function that you can open with the shortcut key F3. The alternative PopUp feature can be found in those registers in which you might need an alternative method of searching and sorting, or in order to see additional information in the search window. The following registers contain this function:

• In the part register you can search by drawing number instead of by part name. The part type will not be displayed when using this option.
• In the manufacturing order register you can see order status instead of part name.
• In the customer order register you can search by part number instead of customer code. The order status will not be displayed when using this option.
• In the delivery address register you can search by supplier code instead of customer code.
• In the invoice list and invoicing log you can see the customer name instead of the order status for the invoice basis.
• In the manufacturing project register you can see the project name instead of the order number.

There is also a special PopUp feature, only available in the part number field on order rows. It is opened using the command Shift+F4 or via the Info menu which you access by right-clicking. It is then possible to search for part numbers via the customer's/supplier's part number.
