In the Custom reports module you have the opportunity to create "customized" search forms for different reports that are created for a specific procedure. The reports are adapted to your own needs by using a tool called Crystal Reports that can be purchased to the Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere.
To access these functions, click the button on the Module menu toolbar, or click Ctrl+Alt+C, or you can select the module under Modules in the Window menu.
In the procedure menu you will then see the Custom Reports module. Initially it only contains the sub-module called System.
In the Custom Reports module you create the procedure menu for all different search forms and reports. The Users Rights and Menu Text procedures in the Global Settings are used to create and gain access to this module and the reports in the procedure menu, after the supplement function has been installed via a license update.
In a standard system the button will be inactivated (greyed out) in the module menu unless the supplement Custom Reports has been installed. A requirement to purchase this supplement and access this module is that one or more users will take the course Database Access 1 & 2 held by Monitor ERP System AB.
