Custom Reports

Here it is described how to create custom reports and add these to MONITOR. A "custom report" can best be described as a custom-made inquiry function with a customized design in the shape of an SQL-question, with its very own appearance in the Search Conditions and in the list that represents the report.

The following conditions must be met in order to be able to create Custom Reports:

The authority to create Custom Reports and add these to MONITOR is limited to those users who have been approved and authorized by Monitor ERP System AB. The approval requirements are that you take the course Database Access 1 and 2 given by Monitor ERP System AB on different occasions (see below).
Support related to Custom Reports is not included in any of the maintenance or support agreements for the MONITOR software.
To create your own Custom Reports for MONITOR, you need the report tool Crystal Reports Professional by SAP. Crystal Reports is a tool you use to create and design reports and forms. This program must be purchased separately. You can purchase Crystal Reports from Monitor ERP System AB or from another supplier.
In order to add your own Custom Reports to MONITOR and to design the Search Conditions for these reports, you will need the C Module in MONITOR. The "C" stands for "Custom Reports". The C Module is a supplement to MONITOR that you also must purchase separately from Monitor ERP System AB.
