Custom Reports is a separate module in MONITOR where you can create your own customized reports. A "custom report" can best be described as a custom-made inquiry function with a customized design in the shape of an SQL query, with its very own appearance in the Search Form and in the list that represents the report.

To be able to create customized reports in MONITOR it is required that you have the report tool Crystal Reports Professional version XI from SAP. This is a tool used to create SQL queries and designing reports. Crystal Reports is not included in MONITOR, but must be purchased separately.
