For all forms in the form type Service, the form settings correspond to the settings in the Sales and Purchase form types. See a description of these under Form Settings for Sales and Purchase. Specific form settings for Service are described below.
Show Activities
This setting is activated by default. It determines if the activities on the service order shall be shown on the forms Service report and Service report e-mail.
Show External Comment/Description
This setting determines if external comments/descriptions shall be shown on the forms Service quote, Service order and Service report (this also applies to e-mail forms, if any).
Show Protocol
This setting determines if service protocols shall be shown on the form Service report (this also applies to the e-mail form, if any).
Show Service Technician
This setting determines if service technicians shall be shown on the forms Service quote, Service order and Service report (this also applies to e-mail forms, if any).
