Below you will find a description of the different form settings for all forms found under the form type Bank giro/PlusGiro.
All forms have form settings for Crystal Reports form that correspond to the form settings in the form types Sales and Purchase. See a description of these under Form Settings for Sales and Purchase.
Laser
Check this option if the form set that will be used for printing the Bank or PlusGiro notes are loose A4 sheets of paper. They are generally used for printouts using a laser printer. If you are using a form set that is intended for a matrix printer, you should uncheck this setting.
Pre-printed
Check this option if the form set that will be used for printing the Bank or PlusGiro notes are pre-printed with your company name and bank or PlusGiro account number.
Height
Here you can enter a negative or positive value in one thousands of a centimeter (1/1000 cm), in order to move the printing area up or down on the actual form.
Example: To move the text 1 cm down, enter -1000. To move the text 1 cm up, enter 1000.
Left Margin
Just like under Height, you can enter a negative or positive value in one thousands of a centimeter (1/1000 cm), in order to move the printing area to the left or right on the actual form.
Original + Copy for Laser
If you have selected "Bank Giro", you can here choose whether or not you want to print a copy after the original form is printed. This is used if the printout is made using a laser printer and when you always require a second copy of the printout. The Bank Giro has two types of forms using A4 size paper. One contains space for 3 originals, and one has space for one original and one copy. It is when using the latter form set that you should use this setting.
