An Explanation of the Columns in the Table

The Header (cannot be edited)

Sequence

The EDI message's sequence number, which the message has in the import file or receives in the export file.

Status

The EDI message's status. This main status shows the lowest status that any of its rows have. An EDI message can have the following different status modes:

Direction

The direction of the message, which shows with a number if it is an incoming or outgoing EDI message. There are two values:

EDI Links

The link number (the Ext ID comes from the EDI Links).

Format Number

The EDI format's ID number. The different EDI formats and their respective ID numbers are described in the help corresponding to the EDI Links procedure.

Format Group

See the Help section for the EDI Links procedure.

Created By

The user that performed the import or export of EDI messages in MEDI.

Loaded

The date and time when this row of EDI messages was loaded.

Warehouse

The warehouse to which the EDI Link belongs.

Message Number

The EDI message's sequence number, which the message has in the import file or receives in the export file.

Modified By

The user that modified the EDI message.

The Rows

R

The EDI message's row number, which the message has in the import file or receives in the export file. The row number is counted up from 1 within each sequence number.

S

The row status (see Status above)

Data

The actual EDI message for that row.
