Classification/Selection

Here you can choose a few different ways of selecting EDI messages. The following alternatives can be selected:

• EXT ID - To select by link number (ID from EDI Links) for EDI messages.
• Format - To select by EDI message format.
• Format group - To select by Format group (message type).
• Date - To select by date on which import/export of EDI messages took place.
• Status - To select by EDI message status.
• Row in message - To make it easier to find a special section in an import, since an import may consist of thousands of rows.
• Message sequence - To select per message sequence for EDI messages.
• User - Here you can search for the user who made the last update of certain rows in the table. For example to see who approved or rejected a certain import.
