Tables
This is where you choose which tables that you want to use to copy basic data from the actual company to the new historical register or test company. During the very first synchronization, you should include All the tables. This alternative will copy the basic data from all the other tables.
- All - choose this alternative the first time. This option will copy the basic data from all the tables mentioned here.
- Parts - this will copy all the parts from this table.
- Search Forms - this will copy all the Search Forms from this table. (All the Search Forms are saved in the database).
- Miscellaneous - this will copy all the information about users, user rights, tables (such as part type), printers, procedures, company configurations and warehouse.
- Customers - this will copy all the customer entries from this table.
- Suppliers - this will copy all the supplier entries from this table.
- Addresses - this will copy all the customer and supplier addresses, as well as customer orders and purchase orders from this table.
- Work Centers - this will copy all the work centers from this table.
