Registers

By selecting a register, the window will display information about any existing locked records in that register. Any existing edit lock-ups in that register will appear in a table in the lower portion of the window.

This table will display different information, depending on the register you have selected. But for all registers (except for Number series and Voucher) you will find information about User (who locked the record), Date and time (when the lock-up occurred), By procedure (where the lock-up occurred) as well as the check box Locked.

If you want to delete or "purge" all edit lock-ups in the entire register, you can use the All button, instead of deselecting each record individually using the check box Locked.

Below you will find a description of the registers in which you can purge edit lock-ups.

Please Note! Always control the date and the user first so that no active edit lock-ups are purged by mistake!

Part

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a part number. The table also shows information about ID (internal), Part number and Name.

Customer

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a customer code. The table also shows information about ID (internal), Customer code and Name.

Supplier

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a supplier code. The table also shows information about ID (internal), Supplier code and Name.

Service

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a service code. The table also shows information about ID (internal), Service code and Name.

Seller

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a seller code. The table also shows information about ID (internal), Seller code and Name.

Quote

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a quote. The table also shows information about ID (quote number), Customer code and Name.

Blanket Order - Sales

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a blanket order. The table also shows information about ID (blanket order number), Customer code and Name.

Customer Order

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a customer order. The table also shows information about ID (order number), Customer code and Name.

Inquiry

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for an inquiry. The table also shows information about ID (inquiry number), Supplier code and Name.

Blanket Order - Purchase

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a blanket order. The table also shows information about ID (blanket order number), Supplier code and Name.

Purchase Order

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a purchase order. The table also shows information about ID (order number), Supplier code and Name.

Invoice

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for an invoice. The table also shows information about ID (order number), Customer code and Name.

Accounts Receivables

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for accounts receivable (AR). The table also shows information about ID, Customer order and Customer code.

Number Series

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for the start code of a number series. The table also shows information about the ID (row number in the Number series), Column (in the Number series), Miscellaneous and Start code (that is locked).

Forms

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a leftover form generation. The table also shows information about ID (internal), Forms and Name.

Product

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a serial number in the product register. The table also shows information about ID (serial numbers), Part code and Customer order.

Voucher

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for the start code of a voucher number series. The table also shows information about the Serial number (voucher series in the Number series), Name, Miscellaneous and Start code (that is locked).

EDI Links

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for EDI links. The table also shows information about ID (link ID).

EDI Data

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for EDI Data. The table also shows information about ID and Miscellaneous.

Work Center

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a work center. The table also shows information about ID (order number), Work center (code) and Name.

Tool

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a tool. The table also shows information about ID (order number), Tool number and Name.

Recording Terminal

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a recording terminal. The table also shows information about the ID (which recording terminal that is concerned),

Stock Order

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a stock order. The table also shows information about ID (order number) and Stock order number.

Accounts Payables

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for an accounts payable ledger (AP ledger). The table also shows information about ID (consecutive number) and Consecutive number.

Supplier Invoice Basis

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a supplier invoice basis. The table also shows information about ID, Order number and Supplier code.

Delivery Stock Order

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a delivery stock order. The table also shows information about ID.

Nonconformity

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a nonconformity. The table also shows information about ID (nonconformity number), Nonconformity type and Part number.

Service Order

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a service order. The table also shows information about ID (order number), Customer code and Name.

Agreement

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for an agreement. The table also shows information about ID (agreement), Type (customer or supplier) and Name.

Packing List

Select this alternative if you want to purge an edit lock-up for a packing list. The table also shows information about ID, Packing list, Packing date, User and Date.
