Inserting and Deleting Text Rows in the Pick List

You can add text rows (such as packing instructions, groupage or collective shipping instructions etc.) to the pick list printout.

Please Note! These text rows are not saved, they will only be included in the printout. However, the picking instructions loaded from the part will be included every time. The text for the picking instructions can also be removed prior to printout, if needed.

Edit Package

If you are using MONITOR for packaging management, and have registered packaging for the parts that will be picked, you will receive packaging information on the pick list in a special window containing a packaging list. The quantity or number has been calculated from the information entered on the parts in question.

You can change the packaging directly in that list, and the changes will then be included in the pick list. The packaging list will be re-calculated if the number of parts or number of inner packaging is changed. You can easily check this using the abovementioned menu by right-clicking. In this menu, you can also manually update the packaging columns.

If you want to further edit the packaging, which should be included in the comprehensive delivery note and also be stock updated correctly, you must use the right mouse button on each respective row.

If you want to add rows/packages in this packaging list, you must select the packaging part that you want to add to, and select "Insert text row". The list will display the inner packaging with one inner packaging per row, as well as the outer packaging with one package per row.
