The Customer Activity List Procedure

In this list you can print all planned customer activities, as well as view statistics over customer activities. You can print all customer activities in this list regardless of the activity status and responsible user.

You can make different selections for different list types depending on which type of information you want to view. The available list types are To do and Statistics.

In the To Do list you can also print the comments entered for the customer activities.

The To Do list, classified by Responsible activity.

The Statistics list, classified by customer code.
