General Information about Customer Activity List

You will find a general description of managing lists in the system in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics.

What Does This Procedure Do?

In this procedure you can print all planned customer activities, as well as view statistics over finished activities. You can print all customer activities regardless of the activity status and responsible user.

Under the Create tab you can select different list types depending on which information you want to view. The available list types are To do and Statistics.

The printout depends on which list type you have selected, see printout samples.

In the To Do list you can also print the comments entered for the customer activities.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

There are no update options in this procedure.

Can Any Charts be Displayed?

The Statistics list can be viewed in chart form.
