If you have received a number series from PostNord Logistics this shall not be used for shipments where Pacsoft Online is used!Open the Number Series procedure under the General menu in the Global Settings module.
The number series Unifaun Online and Pacsoft Online already exist in the system and you should not have to change anything. Shipments created for the services you have chosen to manage via Unifaun Online or Pacsoft Online will be given a shipment number from the respective number series.
