Outline

Under the heading Employees in the Workshop Info module, you will find procedures used to enter specific information about each individual employee, such as name and address, department affiliation (which department they belong to), working hours, work method when it comes to recording etc. You can also update the different time balances of your employees.

Below you will find a brief description of all the procedures that can be found under the Employees menu in the Workshop Info module of a complete MONITOR system.

Update Employee

This is where you create the personnel register. You can enter personal information, as well as settings that affect how the employee will perform his or her recording in MONITOR. If you have installed the supplement called Machine Integration, the machines are also registered here.

Employee List

Here you can create a list of all the employees, showing their name, employee number, department affiliation, address and so on. The list can be updated here.

Update Accumulated Balances / Authorized By

Here you can update the time balances of each employee. You can also enter who has the right to authorize recording for each individual employee.

Rename Employee

This procedure is used to rename an employee or change an employee number, and still keep the previous information about the employee. This can be information regarding attendance recording and work recording. Useful if you, for example, want to have the same number series for "white-collar" workers (salaried staff), "blue-collar" workers (collective agreement employees) with monthly wages and hourly salaries.
