Extended Update of Material

When using the Info menu (right-clicking in the material rows) or using Alt+E, you can perform additional updates per material row.

When using the Extended update, you can make additional reporting described below. This window allows you to perform reporting equivalent to the reporting made in the Material Reporting procedure. The window also shows information about the Material part number and the Main part number.

The available fields are:

• Rest quantity - enter the quantity you want to configure as rest quantity.
• Reported price - enter the reported price, if different than the planned price.
• Batch number- if you use the Batch number button, a box will open allowing you to select a batch number. All records that are entered with a batch number are saved in a special register for traceability. A list of batch numbers is available in the Batch Number List procedure.

Please Note! If a registered batch number already exists and you enter a new batch number here, the traceability will stop at this manufacturing order. The traceability for the previous registered purchase order and the supplier's batch number will be broken.
