The reasonability check is activated by using the Reasonability check box at the top of the window (default). The reasonability check provides information about whether the value entered in the Quantity to report deviates more than twice the quantity entered in the Planned quantity field, as well as if the value entered under Time to report deviates more than three times the calculated time.
If so, a red text will appear at the bottom of the window to indicate this.
