Classification/Selection

The list can be selected and classified. You can classify the list by Reject code, Date, Part number or Work center. Once the list has been loaded onto your screen, you will find additional sorting options under the window functions. The alternatives that the list can be classified by under the Create tab have an asterisk (*) below. The following alternatives can be selected:

• Reject Code *
• Date *
• Part Number *
• Part Code
• Product Group
• Part Category
• Project
• Order Number
• Work Center *
• Department
• Planner
• Customer Code

Please note. If you have selected the parameter Material withdrawal, you will not see the alternatives Date, Part code, Part category, Product group, Work center, Department and Customer code. However, the Period alternative is added instead. By period we mean when the material was needed in the manufacturing process.
