This is where you enter a grace period in days. All the orders with a Printout date before or the same as the Printout date minus the number of days in the Grace period will be included in the order confirmation reminders.
For example, if the supplier is given three days as of the order’s printout date to return the order confirmation, you should enter a grace period of 3 days. In this case, reminders will only be sent for those orders that have a printout date that is three days before or even earlier than the reminder’s printout date.
