This setting applies if you have installed the supplement called Document Viewing. This determines that external documents (linked to the operation and/or the part's revision) also shall be printed.

Here you can select how many copies of the purchase order you want to print.
Number of Copies of Delivery Notes
Here you can select how many copies of the delivery note you want to print.

You can select reference person for the documents under the Our reference heading.
