List Types
This is where you choose list type. The list types shown under the Create tab are governed by the classification alternative you have selected: whether it is for orders or parts. The list types show different levels of information in a structure, based on an order or a part.
When classifying by Order number, Project, Start period order, Finish period order and Order priority, the following list types are available:
- Order - just shows information about the order. If you select this alternative, you can also choose if you want to print additional text. If you classify by Order number you can perform material clearance and print manufacturing orders in the list by right-clicking and using the Info menu. Via the Info menu you can also link to the Register Manufacturing Order and Flow Analysis - Manufacturing.
- Order / Part - shows additional information about the parts that are included in the order. Via the Info menu you can link to the Flow Analysis - Manufacturing.
- Order / Part / Op - shows additional information about the operations used for the parts that are included in the order.
- Order / Part / Mtl - shows additional information about the incorporated material for the parts that are included in the order.
- Order / Part / Op / Mtl - shows both operation and material information for the parts that are included in the order.
- Warehouse - this alternative is only available when classifying by Order number, provided that the supplementary function Warehouse Management is installed and that the user has got Extended Warehouse Management rights. This list type shows all warehouses.
When classifying by Part number, Start period part, Finish period part, Customer and Status, the following list types are available:
- Part - just shows information about the parts. If you classify by Part number you can perform material clearance, register manufacturing orders, perform a flow analysis and print manufacturing orders in the list by right-clicking and using the Info menu.
- Part / Op - shows additional information about the operations that are used for the parts.
- Part / Mtl - shows additional information about the incorporated material for the parts.
- Part / Op. / Mtl - shows information about both incorporated operations and material for the parts.
