External Documents

If there are external documents linked to order, main part, operation or material, you can here choose if and how they should be printed together with the manufacturing order documents. There are a few alternatives to choose from:

• Do not print - No external documents will be printed.
• Do not print duplicates - First all manufacturing order documents will be printed and at the end one copy of the external documents will be printed.
• Print all by order number - First all manufacturing order documents will be printed for order A and then all external documents for order A will be printed in one copy.
• Print all by part - First all manufacturing order documents for level 1 on order A will be printed and then all external documents for the same will be printed in one copy.
• Print all by operation - First all manufacturing order documents will be printed for operation A and then all external documents for operation A will be printed in one copy.

To be able to link documents, you must have the supplement Document Viewing installed. You link documents by using the button Document Viewer. Read more about the Document Viewing in the MONITOR Supplements chapter in the MONITOR Basics.
