The Create tab opens when you open this procedure. This is where you select the tools for which you want to create a reorder point list, by using the alternatives under Classify / Select.
Under Tool types you can choose which tool types that you want to include in the reorder point list. Only the tool type Consumables is selected by default.
The system automatically chooses to only show tools whose stock balance is below the reorder point, but you can also include all tools regardless of their stock balance.
Under Generate purchase order rows you can select if all tools should be suggested to generate purchase orders or not. Here you can also enter a pre-selected reference under “Our reference”, and whether to generate one purchase order per supplier or one purchase order per supplier and tool.
