Here you can manually enter the calibration status Approved or Blocked / Rejected on the tool. However, the correct status is automatically entered by the system when you enter the calibration values under Calibration points in the lower portion of the window.
Here you can also modify who reported the calibration, the calibration date and the next calibration date, even though this information is filled in automatically.
If there is a calibration purchase order, you can select it under P-order number. You can even select a Calibration location, but this is also entered automatically according to the purchase order number.
Under the Protocol... button you can enter a comment regarding the reporting and also link external calibration protocols, provided that you have installed the supplement Document Viewing.
You can enter a Comment regarding the calibration, for example if the tool has been rejected.
