The column Ineffective time % is displayed if the setting Use ineffective time in the preparation has been activated, under Preparation under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure.
Here you can then enter an Ineffective time in percent. If a default ineffective time has been entered for the work center in the Update Work Center procedure, this will be displayed here.
Ineffective time is a mark-up for Cycle time on the operation.
