The Fixed lead time column appears if the setting Use fixed lead time for operations? has been configured, under the heading Preparation under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure. Here you can enter a fixed lead time in whole workdays. One day of fixed lead time means that the start and finish will be on the same day, two days of fixed lead time means that start and finish will be on the days after each other. Dynamic lead time calculation is performed if this column is empty.
