At the very bottom of the preparation window, you can see preparation information for the part in question. You can also enter comments to a preparation by using the button Comment. You can see logs over made preparations changes by using the button Log... If you are using alternate preparations, you will find checkboxes in the lower portion of the window where you can choose to show terms and filter. You will always find the following information at the bottom of the window:
Prepared by
Displays the name of the user that created or last modified the preparation data for this part.
Date
Displays the date when a preparation for the part was created or last modified.
Calculation Date
Here you will see the last pre-calculation date. If the preparation has changed later than the last pre-calculation run, this date is shown in red indicating that it is time to do a new pre-calculation.
Material
Displays information about the quantity of material that is incorporated in (used to manufacture) the part.
Operations
Displays information about the number of operations that are incorporated in (used to manufacture) the part.
Setup Time
Displays the total of all setup times from the operation rows.
Unit Time
Displays the total of all unit times from the operation rows.
