The Attach XML File Button
Under the button Attach XML file you will find default settings regarding when XML files shall be attached to e-mail messages. XML files are attached by default when sending:
- Order confirmations and changed order confirmations from the Register Customer Order procedure as well as changed order confirmations from the Print Changed Order Confirmation procedure.
- Dispatch advice, from Print Shipping Documents and Dispatch Advice.
- Invoice, from Print Invoices, Reprint Prior Invoices and Print Interest Invoices.
The price list is also attached by default as a text file in the Price Lists - Sales procedure when selecting the list type Order simulated price - external.
These settings are included in the MONITOR-to-MONITOR feature.
