Note in log when e-mailing from the CRM tab or activity tabs
If you activate this setting, a note is automatically created in the Activities/contacts log when an e-mail is sent via the button Send e-mail for an activity under the CRM tab in the Update Customer and Customer Info procedures or the CRM tab in the Register Quote, Register Customer Order, Register Blanket Order - Sales and Register Agreement - Sales procedures. This setting is not activated by default.
Path to customized customer card
Here you can enter file path and file name to the Crystal Reports form file for a customized customer cards. Use the UNC name in the file path, for example \\SERVER\MONWIN\CRYSTAL\CUSTOM\FILENAME.RPT. It is recommended that the form file is saved on the server so that it is accessible to everyone when printing.
A customized customer card can be ordered via Monitor ERP System AB or you can do adaptations yourself by using the Crystal Report design tool.
Use Outlook integration when e-mailing from the CRM tab or activity tabs
Here you can select if Outlook shall be used during integration of e-mail from the Update Customer, Customer Info, Register Quote, Register Customer Order, Register Blanket Order - Sales and Register Agreement - Sales procedures.
- No - no integration will take place.
- Yes, but ask each time - integration can be used, but must be confirmed each time.
- Yes - automatic integration.
Use Outlook integration when e-mailing from order registration procedures
Here you can select if quotes and customer orders, that are sent via e-mail using Outlook from the procedures called Register Quote and Register Customer Order procedures, shall be logged under the CRM tabs in the affected procedures:
- No - no logging will take place.
- Yes, but ask each time - logging can be used, but must be confirmed each time.
- Yes - logging takes place by default.
When logging, the CRM tab in the affected procedure opens automatically after the quote or customer order has been sent via e-mail. A link to the e-mail message will then be inserted in the section called E-mail log. The logging must then be saved.
