The EDI Links Window

The EDI Links window consists of a table where links for EDI import and export files are configured. Each link has its own separate row in the table, and can be identified in the system with a row number (ID).

Below you will find a description of all columns in the list:

• ID
• Active
• Name
• Format Group
• Format Group Name
• Direction
• Format Number
• Default
• Warehouse (This column exists only if you have installed the supplement called Warehouse Management)

In the lower portion of the window there are additional settings for each EDI link:

• Link Method
• Validate
• File Name
• EDI Data
• Automatic MEDI
• Backup Files
• Current Backup
• Save Backup File
• External Conversion Program
