General Information about Shipping Management

The Shipping Management feature in MONITOR is adapted to road transports within Sweden and to some extent also from Sweden to another country.

The Shipping Management chapter describes how to use shipping in MONITOR. Here you will also find a description of different basic settings that need to be configured in MONITOR in order to use shipping via a Transport Administration system (TA system).

There is integration for electronic notifications and sending of shipping documents using the following TA systems from nShift Delivery and Memnon Networks: nShift Delivery (ERP-Connection), Pacsoft Online (ERP-COnnection), Web-TA, DSV e-services and Fradok (DHL)*.

Fradok will be discontinued in MONITOR since DHL no longer maintains/develops that service.
