The Log... Button

It is now possible to log changes made in the Preparation procedure. This is determined by the setting Log preparation changes under Preparations under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure. If this setting is activated, the Log button will be visible.

Here you can see who modified the preparation and when, as well as any comments regarding the change, comments entered by the persons who made the changes. These logs are only carried out for already existing parts. When you first create a part you can avoid logging of changes by not closing the procedure or not reloading the part number. The following events are logged:

By using the setting Allow editing of preparation log, under the same section as the setting mentioned above, you can determine whether or not you should be able to edit the preparation log. The setting is activated by default.
