Recording with Card Codes

If the setting called Only recording with card codes? has been activated in the Settings procedure or the Only card setting has been activated in the Terminal Settings procedure, the employee number cannot be used to access the Recording Terminal. Only the card code entered in the Update Employee procedure can then be used to record. This code is entered via the keyboard, or perhaps via a magnetic card and a magnetic card reader.
