When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. Under the Create tab, you select the customers for which you want to print address labels or the customers to which you want to send group e-mail or SMS. You can also select which address information you want to include in the label printout.
The following classification and selection exist (the classification alternatives are marked with an asterisk *):
Under the heading Printers, you select the type of printer you want to use, or if you want to send via e-mail or SMS.
Under the heading Show..., there are settings for each address row registered on the customer, that can be selected or deselected in order to decide which information should be printed. You can also decide whether or not to print the mailing address or delivery address, and if the reference person should be printed before the company name. It is possible to enter a specific reference and number of copies. If you have selected Ordinary printer, you can select label type and on which label the printout shall start.
When sending e-mails you can select, under the heading E-mail address, if you want to send the e-mail to an individual reference person or to the customer's main e-mail address.
When sending e-mail and SMS you can choose, under the heading CRM, to automatically create a text log under the CRM tab for the current customer.
1 When selecting by Reference category and unchecking the Reference box you can print labels based on a specific reference category but without displaying the reference's name. This is useful when for example sending Christmas cards.
