The Rows Tab

Under the Rows tab you register what the customer has ordered. If you are editing a previously registered agreement, you can use this window to add, delete or modify rows. There are different row types for an agreement row. First, you select a row type for new order rows. The order rows consist of different columns with information. Read more about the columns in the Register Customer Order procedure. The columns may change depending on which row type that has been entered. The standard available columns are:

  • * Please note that Quantity and Unit on the rows are by default set to 1.00 and pcs. You cannot change the Quantity and Unit.
  • You can view additional information and functions for the agreement rows by right-clicking to open the Info menu.

    Extra Row Info

    Apart from the agreement rows, the tab also contains a section called Extra row info where you can change the requested period and agreement date for each row, for example. Here you can read more about Extra row info.
