Customer Group

You can change the customer group at the agreement level. This makes it possible to direct the coding differently depending on which agreement type that has been registered.

Default customer groups are configured for customers in the Update Customer procedure. These customer groups must be registered under the Account group tab in the Product Groups procedure in the Global Settings.

If you change customer group on an existing agreement a control question appears. If Our order number has been entered, the customer group will be changed so it will coincide with the customer order.
