Indicate whether the customer should be charged a late payment fee. Under the sections Payment Reminders and Interest Invoices under the Sales tab in the Settings procedure, you can define certain settings regarding the payment reminder and late payment fee.
You can also enter customer specific percentages for the late payment fee. This is done under the Exceptions heading under the Info tab.
