Phone

Here you enter the customer's telephone number (not linked to a certain reference). You can enter several telephone numbers for each customer. You can also enter Comments or descriptions for each respective telephone number on the customer.

In the field Recipient of you can also select if the phone number is the one that should receive the shipping agents dispatch advice via phone or SMS. Please note that for SMS advising you have to enter the number to a mobile phone. If shipping agent dispatch advise via phone it is ok to enter a regular phone number or a mobile phone number.

In the Customer List procedure you will find the Contact info list showing all phone/fax numbers and e-mail addresses for the customer in question.
