General Information about Customer List

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

You can print lists from the customer register in this procedure. You create, modify and delete customers in the Update Customer procedure. Under the Create tab, you make selections and classifications for the list. You can select different list types which contain different information regarding the customers. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

Under the Display List tab you can update most of the customer settings, depending on the list type you select.

When using the Standard list the following three fields can be modified: Street/Box, Zip and City, as well as Country.

In the Settings list you can modify: Customer status, VAT code, Payment terms, Delivery terms, Delivery method, Validity code, Invoicing plan, Price list, Discount and Alias. You can select: Invoice charge, Payment reminder, Late payment fee, Comprehensive invoice, Reminder fee, Round-off, Invoice is pending, E-invoice and Discount category. You can modify: Language, Currency, Date, Seller, Late payment fee, Category, VAT number, Alloy cost, Type, Additional text group, Country code, Customer group, Credit limit, Minimum order amount, Customer code invoice, Trade area, Website, Order printout via, Invoice printout via, Price list - configuration, District and Allowance for on-time deliveries.

In the References list you can modify: Name, Comment, Phone, E-mail, Reference category and Fax.

In the Detailed Payment History list you can modify: Days (difference between the due date and full payment date).

In the Block/Notify list you can select: Block/notify, For / At (registration/reporting) and Cause/message.

In the EDI list you can modify the information found under the Extra Info button for a customer.

In the Exception Accounts list you can modify: Account for the registered exception accounts, Cost center, Cost unit and Project.

In the Check Credit Limit list you can modify: Credit limit.

In the Shipping list you can modify: Destination, Pallet registration number, Delivery day and Transport time.

In the GAN/Customer Number list you can modify: GAN/Customer number and Pallet registration number.

In the Extra info list you can modify the information found under the Extra info... button in the Update Customer procedure.

In the Attach XML file list you can change which XML files that will be attached to e-mails that are sent to customers. This function is included in the MONITOR-to-MONITOR feature.

Can Any Charts Be Displayed?

The Payment history list can be viewed in chart form.
