Printout Samples

Below you will find a few samples and comments of the different lists that can be selected under the Create tab. The different list types available are:

ClosedStandard

In the Standard list you will see Customer code, Customer name, Reference, Phone and Fax for each customer. You can modify the fields Street/Box, Zip/City and Country.

The purpose of this list is to print a list of customers containing the most important customer information.

ClosedSettings

The Settings list shows the same information as the Standard list, plus some of the most important customer settings. You can also update the settings in this list.

ClosedAddresses

The Addresses list shows the same information as the Standard list, but includes both the Mailing address and the Delivery address.

ClosedContact Info

The Contact info list shows information about the Customer code, Customer name, E-mail and Mailing address. In the lower portion of the list you will find References, Comment, Phone as well as the company's Comment, Phone and Fax.

ClosedReferences

The References list displays the following information concerning the customer: Customer code, Customer name, E-mail, Phone number, Fax number and Zip code & City. In the lower part, information is displayed for all references with Name, Comment, Phone number, E-mail, Reference category and Fax number. The purpose of this list is to print a list of customers containing the information regarding the references.

ClosedComments

The Comments list shows the same information as the Standard list, but also includes comments, if any, that have been made for the respective customers. Comments can be made in the Update Customer procedure, and is an internal comment that is only visible in this list and in the update customer window.

ClosedBlock/Notify

The Block/Notify list displays information regarding blocks and notifications regarding the customers. It is also possible to block or notify directly in the list. You can also see when the block/notification was entered and by whom. The list also contains information regarding the customer name and category.

ClosedPayment History

When you register an incoming payment from a customer, that customer's payment history is automatically updated. The Payment history list shows an average in number of days representing the payment history for the last 10 incoming payments received from this customer. The list also shows the payment terms code under the Terms column, as well as if the payment reminder and late payment fee options have been activated for this customer. At the far right, you can see the value of this customer's credit limit.

Payment history (days) in this list appears in different colors, depending on the value that applies to this customer. See the table below for a color explanation.

The list can also be seen in chart form if you click the Chart button under Window functions or under View in the Windows menu.

ClosedDetailed Payment History

The Detailed payment history list also shows (compared to the Payment history list) the Due date, Full payment date and number of Days (difference between the due date and full payment date) for each invoice. It is possible to manually adjust the value in the Days column.

ClosedEDI

The EDI list includes customers for which settings have been configured or information has been entered under the Extra info button under the Information tab in the Update Customer procedure. The list shows the Customer code for EDI, Reference, Phone and Fax number, as well as all extra information and EDI settings configured for the customer. You can also update in this list.

ClosedException Accounts

The Exception accounts list only shows customers with exception accounts. The information shown is Reference, Phone, Fax and the exception accounts that have been selected for this customer, including any related Cost center, Cost unit and Project.

ClosedCheck Credit Limit

The Check credit limit list shows the following information for each customer: Credit limit, Order back, Accounts receivable and the Difference between the credit limit minus the order backlog and accounts receivable. You can update the credit limit here.

ClosedStatistics

The Statistics list shows the sales statistics per year for each customer. The list sows if the customer has the payment reminder or late payment fee options configured, as well as their credit limit.

For each period (month) during the selected year, you will see the net and gross sales, as well as the Contribution Margin in comparison to the same period the Previous year.

ClosedDelivery Address

The Delivery address list shows information about the customer’s delivery addresses.

ClosedShipping

The Shipping list shows the customer’s shipping information. Here you can view and modify the place of destination to the place of delivery in case they differ. The delivery city is taken from the customer’s delivery address. You can also see and modify the pallet registration number, delivery day and transport time.

ClosedGAN/Customer Number

This list shows, classified by Customer code, the shipping agents that are registered on the customer, as well as the GAN/customer number and the Pallet registration number for these shipping agents. For existing shipping agents you can add and modify the pallet registration number.

ClosedExtra Info

In this list you can see and update fields from the Extra Info tab. You can adjust the list by using Properties... by right-clicking and opening the Info menu.

ClosedAttach XML File

The list Attach XML file is used to configure which XML files that will be attached to e-mails that are sent to customers. This function is included in the MONITOR-to-MONITOR feature.

You can choose to attach order confirmations, dispatch advices and invoices as XML files along with the PDF file that is always sent. You can also choose to attach the price list (as a txt file) when sending new price lists. Price list, order confirmation and invoice are selected by default.
