Allowance for On-time Deliveries

Here you enter customer-specific allowances for the delivery reliability that is calculated in the Delivery Reliability procedure. The customer-specific allowance will override the general allowance entered under the Sales tab in the Settings procedure.

• Days delayed - here you enter for how many days' delay the customer will accept for a delivery.
• Days early - here you enter for how many days too early the customer will accept for a delivery.
