Here you enter a sub-number (Sub#) for this particular quote. This is used when you want to link several quotes. For example, if several variations of the quote rows should be prepared, or if the quote should contain several different terms and conditions. A new quote is always given sub-number 1 by default. For an existing quote loaded into the window, you can enter another number such as 2. This will create a linked quote for the same quote number that is given sub-number 2. You can then enter other quote rows or information in the Quote header in the new linked quote.
A small icon to the right of the sub-number field shows if it is a new or an existing quote.
