The right portion of the window will then turn into a Form check window. In the right portion you can now deselect (uncheck) the quotes that you do not want to approve a printout for. This may be the case for certain quotes, for example if you ran out of printer paper in the middle of the printout. You should then deselect these quotes under OK? If you want to cancel the entire printout, click Cancel.
You approve the printout by clicking the OK button. All the quotes that are selected under the Ok? column will be given status 2 (Printed).
