You can also choose other options that you want to show in the lists. The list type Standard includes all the alternatives. List type Delivery list only shows additional text.
Delivered Rows
Check this option if the customer order list should be printed showing the already delivered rows as well.
Row Type 4, Additional Text
This only applies if you classify by Order number or the Customer's order number. This will also show the text rows that have been entered on the orders.
Row type 5, Serial Number
This only applies if you classify by Order number.
Call Order
This only applies to the list type Blanket order. If you check this box, you will see the call orders that are linked to the blanket order in a section under the blanket order. If you do not check this box, the section will be hidden and you will only see a summary of the blanket order.
Row Type 6
Row type 6 can be displayed in several different classifications list types.
Decimals on Quantity
This will display the ordered quantity using the number of decimals that were entered on the order rows. However, the total ordered quantity is always rounded off to the nearest 2 decimals.
Currencies
This only applies if you classify by Order number or the Customer's order number. Shows the order amount and the total of each order, in the currency registered for the customer.
Kanban Number
This alternative only applies if you classify by Customer code. Here you can select to show the Kanban number in the list.
Convert to Today's Rate
If the foreign currency is shown on the order rows, the currency will be converted to today's rate entered in the Currencies procedure in the Global Settings.
Position Number
The position number on order rows can be seen in the Standard list, when classifying by Order number. (This alternative is not available if you have selected the alternative Currencies.)
