You open the Resource planning window using the alternative Edit service in the Info Menu, when right-clicking on a service task in the calendar view. This window has the same function as the corresponding window in the Register Service Order procedure.
You can update Start time, Finish time and Time used. You can also see the available service technicians, their calendars and schedules. You can also select one or several service technicians for the service task.
