Printout Samples

Below you will find a few samples of the different lists that can be selected under the Create tab.

ClosedStandard

The Standard list shows: Service code, Name, Category, VAT, Product group, Standard price, Unit and Blocked.

You can update: Name, Type, Category and Product group.

ClosedAdditional Name

The Additional name list shows the same information as the Standard list, but also shows the text that was entered as the Additional name for each service.

ClosedComments

The Comments list shows the same information as the Standard list, but also includes comments, if any, that have been made for the service. This is an internal comment that is only visible in this list and under the General tab in the Update Services procedure.

ClosedOnly Blocked

The Only blocked list only includes blocked services. The list shows the same information as the Standard list.

You block services in the Update Services procedure. You cannot register any quotes, orders or invoices for blocked services.
