The Extra Information Tab - Advice/Customs Clearance
Under the Advice / Customs clearance tab you can enter information about dispatch advising and customs clearance of the shipment.
Dispatch Advice
If the shipment should be advised you should check this box. The fields below then become activated and you can enter the information regarding the recipient:
- Name - here you can enter the company name.
- Mailing address - here you can enter the mailing address.
- City - here you can enter the city.
- Zip code - here you can enter the zip code.
- Country - here you can enter the country code, for example "SE" for Sweden.
- Name - here you can enter the name of the person in the company who will receive the advice.
- Phone - here you can enter the person's phone number.
- Fax - here you can enter the person's fax number.
- E-mail - here you enter the person's e-mail address.
Customs Clearance
If the shipment should go through customs clearance you should check this box (Customs clear.). The fields below then become activated and you can enter the information regarding the recipient:
- Name - here you can enter the company name.
- Mailing address - here you can enter the mailing address.
- City - here you can enter the city.
- Country - here you can enter the country code, for example "SE" for Sweden.
