Part Row (Row Type 1)
Enter the part number in question, or use the PopUp window to select a part. If you are using row type 1, the part must be registered in the part register.
Additional Order Row (Row Type 2)
Enter an optional part number for a part that is not included in the part register.
Service Row (Row Type 3)
Enter the service in question, or use the PopUp window to select a service. If you are using row type 3, the service must be registered in the Update Services procedure.
Text Row (Row Type 4)
Enter an optional text, using max 70 characters. Row type 4 can also be used to link information from the part register. The information that can be linked is Additional name, Purchase comments, Drawing number and Supplier's part number. The settings that determine which information will be printed can be found under Orders / Inquires under the Purchase tab in the Settings procedure. When a part with linked information is entered (row type 1), the applicable information automatically appears as additional text (row type 4).
