Select the Fax check box if you want to send the form using a fax program. The form type Fax will then be selected automatically. The Fax number and e-mail address are greyed out here, These are entered in the inquiry’s order header instead.
If you have installed the supplement Fax and E-mail Integration, the fax number and e-mail address are exported to the fax and e-mail program.
